Three Cheese Egg Casserole

Our family makes this dish up to two days ahead of time to popin the oven on the mornings of holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Resurrection Day! This is one of our most FAVORITE recipes!!! Enjoy!

Three Cheese Egg Casserole

7 Large eggs

1 Cup milk

2 Teaspoons sugar

16 Oz. shredded Monterey Jack (or any type of cheese)

4 Ounces cream cheese, cubed

16 Ounces small curd cottage cheese

2/3 Cup butter melted

1/2 Cup all-purpose flour

1 Teaspoon baking powder


Beat together eggs, milk and sugar. Add cheeses and melted butter and mix well. Stir in flour and baking powder and pour into prepared dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 


Note: If placed in oven directly from refrigerator, uncover and bake up to 60 minutes.
