Every child needs correction and training. There are no exceptions. Ever. If you bend the rules now and again, your child will never consistently obey. Discipline can be done well, but is only done well when the parent is self-controlled and motivated by LOVE to see their child learn from their choices and want to obey their parents and love God. Don't neglect discipline, parents. It pays off. But also don't forget to calm down and handle discipline from a soft heart and with a godly attitude.
